There are two ways I give feedback on your coaching. In a group, live, as it happens. And one-on-one, on a recording of a real session. You can do either. Or both.

Group + individual · all 10 ICF hours
Everything you need in one place. Seven hours coaching live in a small cohort, plus one individual session a month reviewing your recorded work. You'll see your coaching from the inside and the outside, and how it changes over three months.
