The Full 10 Mentor Coaching
Group + individual mentor coaching · all 10 ICF hours
There are two ways to get feedback on your coaching.
One is live. You coach in front of peers, in the moment, with someone naming what just happened while it’s still warm.
The other is on the record. Someone sits with a real session you recorded and tells you specifically what they heard.
They teach you different things. The Full 10 gives you both.
What’s In It?
Group Mentor Coaching — 7 hours. A small cohort of four to six coaches, eight sessions over about three months. You’ll coach live, get feedback from me and the group, and learn a surprising amount from watching others work. More about the group →
Three individual sessions — 3 hours. You send me a recording of a real session. I listen to 30 minutes and take notes against the ICF Core Competencies, then we meet for 30 minutes to talk it through. You leave with written notes each time. More about individual sessions →
How it fits together
Alongside the group, you’ll have one individual session a month: three across the three months.
Each one is a chance to step back from the room and look closely at your own recorded work. What’s shifting? What’s sticking? What do you want to bring into the next group session?
You’re not just collecting hours. You get to see your own coaching move.
How this counts toward your ICF credential
Applying for your ACC or PCC, or renewing your ACC: This covers all 10 required mentor coaching hours, including the 3 that must be one-on-one, over at least three months, as ICF requires.
Renewing your PCC: Mentor coaching isn’t required, but these hours can count toward your Core Competency CCE units.

Pricing
$1,200 for the full 10 hours. That’s $200 less than booking the group and three individual sessions separately.
