Individual Coach Mentoring
Sometimes you need someone to actually listen to you coach.
Not to observe a role play. Not to give general feedback on your style. To sit with a real session — one where you were trying things, making choices, navigating the live moment — and tell you specifically what they heard.
That's what this is.
How It Works
You send me a recording of a real coaching session. I listen to 30 minutes of it, taking notes on what I notice: where the ICF Core Competencies show up, where they don't, what's working, what wants attention. Then we meet for 30 minutes and talk through it.
You'll leave with written notes from my review and a clear sense of what to keep doing and what to work on next.
A few logistics worth knowing: your client needs to consent to the recording being used for mentoring. If your session is longer than 30 minutes, just include a timestamp for where I should start. I ask for at least two business days to review before we meet.
That's it. One recording, one conversation, one hour of focused attention on your actual coaching.
How This Counts Toward Your ICF Credential
Each session counts as one hour of individual mentor coaching.
Renewing your ACC: You need 10 mentor coaching hours total, at least 3 of which must be individual (one-on-one). This is how you get those 3 hours — or more, if you want them.
Renewing PCC or MCC: Mentor coaching hours aren't required, but each session could count toward your Core Competency CCE units.
Not sure how it fits your situation? Email me and we'll sort it out.
Pricing
Full tuition is $275 per session — one 30-minute review, one 30-minute feedback conversation.
I'm offering pay-what-you-can with no minimum. You decide what you can pay.
If you can pay full tuition, please do — it's what makes this sustainable, and it's part of how this stays accessible to coaches who can't. If you can pay above tuition, that helps too. If full tuition isn't possible right now, pay what's possible. No minimum. No questions asked.
What I trust: that you know your situation, and that you'll choose accordingly.
If you're working toward ACC renewal and need several sessions, reach out and we can talk about what that looks like.
