How It Works

    Step 1: Submit Your Recording

    Send me a recording of one of your coaching sessions. Your client must provide consent for the recording to be used for mentoring purposes.

    Important: If your session is longer than 30 minutes, please include the timestamp where I should begin listening. I will review exactly 30 minutes of your coaching.

    Step 2: In-Depth Review

    I dedicate focused time to listen to your session, taking notes on:

    * Your demonstration of ICF Core Competencies

    * Areas of strength in your coaching approach

    * Specific opportunities for improvement

    * Concrete suggestions for skill development

    Please allow at least two business days for this thorough review process.

    Step 3: Personalized Feedback Session

    We'll meet for a 30-minute session to discuss my observations and recommendations. This conversation is designed to be:

    Constructive: Focused on actionable feedback that supports your growth

    Specific: Tied directly to what I observed in your recording

    ICF-Aligned: Connected to the competencies you're working to master

    Supportive: Delivered in a way that builds your confidence while challenging you to grow
